100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal at Wooden Wonderland is to provide you with a large range of high quality wooden toys, games, furniture and activities and to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If perhaps a friend or family member has purchased a similar product for your little one or you decide prior to opening the product that it is no longer what you are after, we will happily provide you with a refund for the product (less a small handing fee to cover our bank charges) or an exchange for the full product value paid, provided the product is returned to us in original saleable condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
You will need to pay the shipping for the return of the product to us and we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We therefore recommend that you ensure that the parcel is appropriately packed and returned to us via a trackable shipping method so that you have proof of dispatch and delivery.
Please note that not picking up your parcel from the Post Office and allowing it to return to sender will attract a fee. If this occurs, the additional fee charged to us by Australia Post will also be deducted from the refund/exchange amount.
If you choose an exchange for a different product rather than a refund, the replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge with standard post provided the exchanged product is confirmed in writing within 7 days of an exchange being requested and it is not a bulky product for shipping purposes (if it is, a shipping fee will apply for the replacement product).
If you were sent your item as part of our free delivery service for orders over $250, and your return brings your total order to less than $250; then you will be refunded for the item, less the $9.95 delivery charge for orders under $250. If you return a total order for an exchange or refund, the actual cost of our postage to send this to you (which will be greater than $9.95) will be deducted from your exchange or refund.
For all Satisfaction Guarantee refunds/exchanges, please contact us in the first instance so that we can advise the address for return shipping of the product.
Clearance and sale items are excluded from the 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Refunds/exchanges for clearance and sale items will only be provided when the product is deemed by Wooden Wonderland to be faulty and unable to be repaired.
The Wooden Wonderland 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies for 100 days commencing from the date of purchase.
Please note that if you select a refund rather than an exchange, the refunded amount will be less a 5% handling and administration fee. The handling fee deduction only applies if you choose a monetary refund rather than an exchange for a different product. If you choose to exchange then the full product value paid will be available to you as a credit.
Please note: ALL returned items under our Satisfaction Guarantee must be received in perfect condition, including the packaging. If you return an item to us for exchange or refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee and it has been assembled, removed from its original packaging and re-packed, or the packaging is ripped, damaged or has tape or any other labels directly affixed to it in any way we will be unable to provide you with a refund equivalent to the full purchase price. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer and do not have ready access to spare parts and packaging which means that when we receive a returned item, we are unable to re-sell the product as brand new unless it is returned to us in perfect condition. In instances such as this when the product has been assembled, re-packaged or the packaging has been damaged in any way, any compensation or refund offered will be at the sole discretion of Wooden Wonderland.
