1. Is everything available at Wooden Wonderland made from wood?

The majority of products available at Wooden Wonderland are made from wood. The only exception to this is some accessories for doll houses and kitchens which may not be. Where this is the case, it is clearly noted in the product description.

2. Can you help me find a particular wooden toy or product?

Yes! If you are looking for a particular wooden toy or product and you cannot find it on the Wooden Wonderland website, please contact us and we will try our best to source what you are looking for.

3. What ages are the toys suitable for?

Every product listing has a reference to the recommended age group. There are products available for all ages – from babies right through to teenagers (and even the young at heart adults too!). 

4. Are all of the toys safe?

Absolutely! All of the wooden toys and products at Wooden Wonderland comply with all relevant Australia Standards.  Non-toxic paints and lacquers are also used on all products. The recommended age for each product should always be observed to ensure that the product is deemed to be safe for the age of the child you will be purchasing for. Wooden Wonderland accepts no liability for a toy that has been provided to a child younger than the recommended age for that particular product.

5. Where do the products come from?

All of the products at Wooden Wonderland have been sourced from Australian suppliers and wholesalers who import the products from throughout the world. The country of design and manufacture is listed under the Specifications section on each product listing.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card directly through our secure payment gateway on the website or through PayPal. We also accept AMEX for credit card payments made through the website.

7. Where are you located?

We are located in Brisbane in sunny Queensland, Australia. We operate primarily as an online store, however, pickups and viewings are welcome by appointment. Just give us a call on 1300 096 633 to make the arrangements.

8. How long will it take to receive my order?

9. Can I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order at any time by logging into your account. All orders shipped by Australia Post eParcel will also be sent a tracking email direct from Australia Post after dispatch.

10. Can I return my purchase if it is not right for me?

Yes!  Please refer to our Satisfaction Guarantee to find out about how you can exchange any item purchased from Wooden Wonderland if it does not meet your needs.

Afterpay

Afterpay offers simple instalment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Simply select Afterpay as your payment method on checkout.

First-time customers provide payment details as usual while returning customers simply log in and make their purchase. It's that easy!

After you check out, the products will be shipped to you by Wooden Wonderland right away, you are not left waiting until your purchase is paid off.

At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, the instalments will be automatically deducted from your debit or credit card every fortnight.

There is a $1000 maximum for each Afterpay transaction. If you would like to spend more than this amount, you are more than welcome to split your order across multiple transactions.
