Black Friday Promotion

Terms & Conditions

- Minimum product spend of $80 is required to receive a store credit.
- Shipping fees do not count towards the spend amount.
- If gift vouchers or store credit are used to pay for any part of an order during this promotion, the amount of credit you receive will be based on the actual amount paid for the products and any amount paid for by an existing voucher or store credit will be deducted from the amount spent.
- All store credits will be issued by email between Wednesday 1 December and Friday 3 December 2021.
- No promo code is required, store credit will be automatically issued for all eligible orders.
- You must create a customer account on our website in order to be able to redeem your store credit.
- Customers can receive a maximum of 1 store credit every day of the promotion (if they choose to place orders on multiple days).
- No orders can be combined and shipping refunds cannot be processed over the promotion period.
- This promotion is valid for ONLINE orders only. In store purchases are made through our sister business, Entropy, and are not eligible for this promotion.
- If a customer requests to cancel any orders placed over the promotion period, they will be ineligible to participate or receive any store credit in this promotion.
- All store credit will be issued with an expiry of 31/01/22.
- This promotion is valid only for orders placed between 7:30pm AEST Tuesday 23/11/2021 and 11:59pm AEST Monday 29/11/2021.
